Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Junior IT Sales Representative to join our sales team. As a Junior IT Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. This position is ideal for individuals with 1 to 3 years of experience in IT sales who are looking to further develop their skills and contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify sales leads through various channels, including online research, networking events, and referrals.
Conduct outbound prospecting activities, such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach, to generate new business opportunities.
Present and demonstrate our IT products and services to potential clients, highlighting their value and benefits.
Understand customer needs and requirements, and tailor solutions to meet their specific business goals.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop sales strategies and close deals.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospects.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients, ensuring a win-win situation for both parties.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the sales management team.
Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to the sales management team.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in IT sales or a similar role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of IT products, solutions, and services, with the ability to articulate their value to customers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for sales and achieving results.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for effective lead management and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
