Description and Requirements
Responsible for commissioning, repairing, and maintaining network facilities and equipment according to standards, policies, and procedures with remote access capabilities.
Perform routine maintenance, assurance and commissioning activities on cell site network elements including but not limited to: Cell site trouble tickets , Optimization activities , New cell sites , Capacity upgrades , Software upgrades
Maintain communications and cooperation with other team members and departments.
Security and maintenance of supplied TELUS assets (i.e computer, headset, etc)
Maintain a proficient level of technical expertise of new technologies.
Recommend improvements for departmental technical processes and procedures.
Flag any potential technical or network problems and present solutions.
Work Shift (IST): Canadian working hours (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM IST)
Additional Job Description
Expertly able to communicate verbally and written in English.
Proven experience in the maintaining and commissioning of wireless communications network equipment.
Working knowledge of LTE and 5G technologies.
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Excellent knowledge of computers, software applications and job related systems.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced, changing environment.
Ability to work independently and in a group environment.
Exp should be 4 to 7 years of above skill set.
