Job Summary:
Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues
Manage the configuration & operation of client-based computer / laptop
Monitor the system daily & respond immediately to security or usability concerns
Create & verify backups of data
Upgrade systems & processes as required for enhanced functionality & security issue resolution
Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software & other processes
Install and test computer-related equipment
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned on a need basis
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
0-1 yrs. experience
Graduate with Hardware & Networking Course preferred
Good communication
Co-operative & well-mannered
