9and9 DigiSoft Insights Private Limited Looking for IT Support Engineer at Hyderabad, Telangana Full Time

We are looking for a support engineer who can Install, upgrade and maintain Servers, workstations, other devices like RFID trackers, barcode scanners, routers and network. They should make sure that systems, devices and network should always be working by improving the components, layout of the network for increased efficiency.

Requirements

• Installation, management, maintenance and troubleshooting of Servers, Workstation Systems and network at client location.
• Creating User and Providing Access Rights to the User at client location.
• Resolve software and/or hardware problems for clients in person, or via telephone or remotely.
• He should have good communication skills.
• He should be able to provide End-user training on usage of the network and the software.
• He should install & troubleshoot the Printer at the client location.
• He should take backup and upload the same to servers wherever necessary.
• Analyzes and resolves problems associated with the operating systems servers, hardware, applications and software.
• Hands on experience with installation and uninstallation of Software on Windows 10 and Server Platform – includes knowledge of configurations, running security patches and maintenance activities.
• Ability to follow documented instructions and manage/maintain Knowledge documents
• Ability to work in a collaborative Team environment and communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical teams.
• Should be willing to travel outstation whenever necessary.
