Responsibilities

🔧 IT Setup: You will be responsible for setting up computer systems and software at our clients’ premises to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

🎓 Client Training: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients, demonstrating the usage and functionalities of our software solutions, and ensuring they are proficient in utilizing the tools effectively.

🛠️ Technical Support: Offer technical support services to clients over the phone and through on-site visits, addressing any software-related issues and providing timely resolutions.

Qualifications

🎓 Final year students, recent graduates, ITI/Diploma holders in relevant fields with a strong interest in IT and Software solutions.

💻 Proficiency in computer hardware setup and software installation.

💬 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deliver training effectively.

🔧 Strong problem-solving abilities to provide technical support and troubleshoot issues.

🕐 Availability to start immediately and commit to a part-time/freelance role for a duration of 3 months.

🧭 Flexibility for extensive travel within West Bengal for client visits.
