Project Role :Application Tech Support Practitioner

Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities : a: Implement DevOps practices for all IT software development projects b: Facilitates development and deployment of system integration strategies that promote use of common tools and processes c: Works with appropriate product supplier for enhancements and issues not resolved in-house d: Draft data and information management products and service standards e: Participates in technical review boards and provides support and consultation for the implementation and usage of the Microsoft products

Technical Experience : a: 3-4 years of experience Analyze requirements, solutions, and estimates to complete installations, implementations, and customization of DevOps practices using Ansible b: Knowledge and hands on experience on Ansible Tower c: Work with customer executives and IT Business Technical Architects to develop and deploy in multiple integrated systems d: Interacts with the client to define deliverables and discuss issues, questions, and improvements
