Job Requirements :
Key Responsibilities : -ServiceNow Developer is responsible for the Configuration, Administration, Development, Documentation and Technical support for ServiceNow applications-The individual will have to collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Technical Leads or SN Architects to Develop ServiceNow applications, working through stories in sprints to fulfill customer requirements-Design, configure and code ServiceNow based on business requirements – Preparation of unit test cases and test scripts
Technical Experience : -Experience Knowledge of ITSM modules on processes like Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Reports, Security Operations and integrations like LDAP, REST API, etc -Capable with ServiceNow configuration, scripting Client and Server, integrations REST, SOAP, Tables, Forms, Service Catalog, ACL, Workflows, email, events, inbound actions, reports, etc -Experience with Service Portal Development-Experience developing ServiceNow APIs, ServiceNow Workflows, UI Pages, UI Macros
Professional Attributes: – Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization – Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision – Flexible to work in 24/7 shift Comfort with collaboration, open communication and reaching across
