Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities : 1 Managing Citrix Environment- Changes, Access Requests, Troubleshooting Issues Managing the Terminal Servers in the Environment Coordinate with Application Teams for any Requests Issues Changes in the application environment 2 Coordinate with external vendors to install new applications or patched hotfixes in existing applications Coordinate with other teams for any domain specific support requirements 3 Coordinate with L3 for any requests issues changes Understanding of Service Level Agreeme

Technical Experience : 1 Experience in power shell and bash scripting to automate manual tasks 2 Windows server OS patching 3 Identify and troubleshoot OS and application related issues at In-depth level 4 Strong core knowledge in Windows servers of all types of OS old and new 5 Deep product knowledge Citrix Farm Install Decommission applications on Citrix Servers Publish Troubleshoot Uninstall Application on the Citrix Server PVS MCS Storefront

Professional Attributes : a- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with email etiquette and customer service skills b- 24×7 Support, mostly night shifts and rotation is ONLY as per project requirement c- 5 days working per week with two weekly offs based on roster
