• Responsible for overall APT IT Infra – systems & processes, applications.
• Ensure 100% compliance of all software and handle the audit needs.
• Responsible for providing technology for all business interface based on the business strategy.
• Responsible for all business requirement, understanding, planning and prioritization of solutions, services and investment in Technology toward organization goal.
• Responsible for IT support required by business for IIOT team
• Asset tracking and management of APT
• Closing of all the security gaps raised by ISO
• Analysis and designing Improvement Plans in IT Infrastructure in APT
• Take overall responsibility for people development initiatives and building up in-house capabilities for the employees in the department
• Drive a performance driven culture in the team by timely monitoring, review of performance parameters and feedback to the team members
• Contribute towards development of talent for the department by providing subordinates with adequate exposure and growth opportunities to enable readiness for higher roles
• Actively participate in HR initiatives to drive overall employee engagement and motivation
• Support capability development programs of APT and by identifying and recommending the training areas
• Key Result Areas
• SPOC for APT business users on any technology need to the business and provide solution as per best in the market.
• Conduct structured meetings with APT leadership team presenting status of projects, issues status and gather new inputs and requirements of business.
• Responsible for defining trainings needs of the users and follow SOP’s and processes defined by Corporate IT.
• Understanding business process and provide operational support to team in doing SAP transactions.
• Daily Monitoring of IT Help Desk of his location and do analysis and create strategy to reduce the calls
• Daily monitoring of anti-virus, anti-ransomware, patch management of APT .
• Leading FMS team, tracking & adhering to service level agreement for user support.
• IT Infrastructure project rollout assigned by Corporate IT
• Responsible for backup of all servers & network devices
• Interact with service providers for procurement of location IT requirements (other than assets) with help of purchase department
• Adhering & Implement ITIL Processes (Like Change Management, Incident Management, Asset Handover, Physical security, etc.)
• Coordinating with users for SAP issues and aligning it to the SAP Team
