8 – 12 years of relevant work experience in the automation equipment manufacturing industry out of which min 3-5 years of experience in the Technical Support function; Product knowledge as well as broad technical know-how of SCADA and FAID products
Core experience in SCADA with Hands on experience in PLC and Networking
SCADA products like ICONICS/Wonderware/WinCC/iFI/FT View/Elipse E3 etc
Having knowledge on like SQL Server, Database, C, C#,VB Scripting, .Net application Development, Stored Procedures, IoT, Cloud, SSRS, Reports etc.
A. Purpose of the Job
1. To give technical support on SCADA Product, Create Competent Team
2. Technical Skill set upgradation for self and team
3. Product Support in coordination with Line Manager
4. Support to Solution development
5. Pre and Post-sales support
6. Knowledge Management for Application team

I. Technical Skills:
1. Strong knowledge of SCADA and FA Products.
2. Knowledge on SQL databases, C, C#, .Net Applications, Stored procedures,
3. System Engineering & Integration
4. Application knowledge / domain expertise for Process, Automotive, Pharma, etc.
5. knowledge of IoT, Networking, Cloud.
6. Working knowledge of Statistical Analysis tools for Fault identification and Prediction
