Job Purpose:
Lead – Applications ( CRM and SAP SD) will define /drive excellence in Salesforce CRM platform used by the Birla carbon. Being part of commercial excellence team, this role will drive the adoption and usage of CRM. Create roadmap and Implement industry standard practices in salesforce. Drive and deliver delightful customer experience. Lead and manage the SAP SD
Job Context:
CRM lead will own the salesforce/CRM platform meeting the expectations of the timely delivery, support to the Business users.
Provide strategic guidance and support to enhance the Business outcomes.
Increase the adoption by providing the seamless support.
Maintain and manage the support teams
Single point of contact for all the CRM needs.
Establish strong working relationships across the business, specifically Sales Marketing
Educate users in system functionality and provide thought leadership and direction in pursuit of best fit IT solutions for the IT function
Ensure recommended and existing solutions are in line with business strategy and support identification of alternate strategies,
Responsible for solving complex problems and design, test and implement solutions for SAP, SFDC and other applications relevant to Commercial Business.
Participate in process improvement activities
Lead development, testing and production support to the business
Liaise with support partner for problem resolution and process/procedural improvements
Assess impact of new requirements on an existing suite of applications
Communicate verbally and in writing across all levels of the organization

Develop strategy to improve. Operational Stability and Excellence within salesforce and SAP SD support system. End user education and training needs
Work with respective teams and develop and revive the service excellence but collaborating with right stake holders
Lead and drive new initiatives in Salesforce
Implement industry standard practices in salesforce. Collaborate with Salesforce success team to bring best in class salesforce functional to increase Business excellence
Ensure delivered projects are sustained; and adopted. Govern, measure and continuously improve. Operational efficiency and business value realization
Work internally and with vendor partners to establish YoY improvement in IT operations and business value realization of implemented technologies; Ensure service uptime, change management and service delivery from outsourced partners
