Supervision of IT Operations

Responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all computer systems and software including antivirus software, emails, internet connectivity, and other IT update service creation of User ID & Password of new joiners.Oversee Installation of computer systems, networks, and related equipmentOversees troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and other IT operations and provides expert support when necessary.Creation and managing helpdesk tickets.Should ensure the security of data from internal and external threats

MaintenanceSupervise Firewall/Email /Router / Wi-Fi Access Points maintenance on day to day basis at HO & Site.Attending queries for any software or hardware issues and provide timely solutionAssist HOD in planning and implementation of addition, deletion and major modification in IT infrastructure of HO and site locationEnsure any service requests are attended by the IT support team within the stipulated 2 hrsEnsure that backup process is carried out as per the defined policies and guidelinesEnsure shutdown time per month should not exceed 10 hours

ResearchEnsure Introduction of at least 1 new practice/software in IT per year through constant up gradation of components of hardware and software as per organization requirementsFind out new & emerging trend in IT to bring in better efficiency in the systemEnsure saving of at least 5% in IT cost through introduction of innovative practices

MiscellaneousConfigure devices like iPad, iPhones etc.Responsible for upkeep and maintenance of Biometric machine / CCTV systems

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
