Title: Manager – ITS
Experience: 9-12 Years
Qualification: BE (IT)
Key Objective: As a senior IT professional, the candidate will oversee the company’s Computing, Networking, and Power Management infrastructure. He should be current about existing and upcoming technologies in these areas, select and recommend suitable solutions with appropriate technologies strategy and responsible for implementing it. The ideal candidate will have required technical knowledge and keen interest in adapting and implementing industry’s best practice processes for operations and crisis management.
· Designing and implementing infrastructure required for current needs.
· Running regular checks on network and data security.
· Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems.
· Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organisation.
· Understanding the requirements, suggesting, and implementing suitable ITS solutions to various departments and projects
· Designing training programsand workshops for staff for new/ upgraded technologies.
· Conducting regular system audits.
· Running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff.
· Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations, and outages.
· Managing and reporting on allocation of IT budget.
· Managing, mentoring, and providing direction for IT team members.
· Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement.
Skills Required:
· Networking including Windows / Linux servers Desktop and Laptop clients
· Implementing Configuration Management and Project management software
· Implementing cloud-based infrastructures.
· Specific skills in Azure administration, for implementing and managing Azure infrastructure for the company and the clients.
· Controlling software licenses used in the company in line with the licensing requirements.
· Management of computing assets, hardware and software, mobile devices and BYOD situations
