Must Have Experience in Core IT Recruitment
Must Have good understanding of IT Requirements/ Technical Skillset
Good knowledge in technologies
Sourcing the candidate through job portals like Naukri ,Linkedin and also through network and reference.
Must have Excellent Communication Skills
Identify potential candidates based on requirements.
Screen and Evaluate candidates.
Negotiate Salary/bill rate with candidates.
Coordinate interview/hiring activities.
Develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organization.
Procure people for different IT Requirements.
Use niche platforms related to IT, to source potential candidates.
Personally conduct interviews, document the same, and report as the need arises.
In addition to executing individual responsibility should be able to work in unison with the other departments with the Companys growth perspective in mind.
Keeping abreast of the industry trends.
Experience : 4 to 10 Years
