Strategy and Technology lay the path for Nokia’s future technology innovation and identify the most promising areas for Nokia to create new value. As a Scrum Master, you will be part of our Enterprise Applications team, responsible end to end for Nokia’s applications’ portfolio, used across all Business Groups and Functions. Our current mission is to simplify and modernize our application portfolio and to transform it into a fast-moving, product-oriented and customer-focused technology organization.
The overall objective for this position is to have a strong candidate ensuring successful IT end to end technical delivery in the following business domain: Hardware Services, from Case handling and Customer Care to Orchestration and Logistics and Finance
Position requirements and key responsibilities:
3-6 years of experience as Scrum Master, Product Owner or Agile Lead (Project Manager in agile programs);
Deep knowledge of Scrum/Agile principles, practices and delivery;
Experience in DevOps or any Product/Sprint backlog management tools
Good skills and knowledge of facilitation of events, coaching people on Scrum principles, conflict resolution, continual improvement;
Great communicative and collaborative skills;
Good command of English (verbal and written);
Experience of working within a multi-cultural environment;
IT Technology knowledge, trends & direction;
Information security understanding;
Application / solution architecture understanding;
Self-confident, strong problem solving, Pro-activeness;
Ability to work with and communicate to a variety of audiences, executive-level/peer-to-peer/ subordinate/ technical and non-technical etc.
Nice to have:
Scrum certification (PSM, CSM or any other, or planned to have it within the first year);
Project management certification;
JIRA and Azure DevOps knowledge;
Reporting skills(PowerBI, Excel advanced);
Knowledge of cloud, SaaS product management;
