Amazon is now searching for an innovative and solutions-oriented Materials Manager who will be responsible for warehouse operations, staff, operational performance, business reporting, and budget.
. Represent the warehouse in interactions, collaborating with other departments and managers
. Ensure efficient operations and monitoring of the warehouse function including the storage and movement of stock and the accurate picking, packaging, and dispatch of goods that meet customer requirements
. Collect, develop, and analyze data regarding inventory, documentation, and reports. Make recommendations about operational and staffing issues resulting from such reports.
. Coordinate urgent dispatches as and when required in alignment with company’s guidelines
. Adopt and implement management practices including regular communications with employees establish and communicate KPI’s, implement LEAN activities, enhance awareness and compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and practices, and establish clear objectives, targets, and success criteria and ensure compliance
. Provide data and reports to manager on warehouse operations and accomplishments
. Work with supply chain inventory strategy team to drive material management KPIs: Inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, inventory turnover and other similar KPIs
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions to improve our material management process
. Serve as a key member of Ops tech IT supply chain team in helping to define and deliver global solutions at the same time documenting automated processes that address speed and scalability of the supply chain team
. Keys to success in this role include exceptional program management skills, customer obsession and clear, concise communications skills. The candidate must be able to extract insights from data and communicate appropriate triggers and actions
Key job responsibilities
Daily communication with transportation providers and internal inventory stakeholders at Amazon.
Managing the inbound and outbound flows in the warehouse and the support personnel.
Document and escalate issues that arise during transportation
Ensure proper documentation process is established and executed on all shipments
Provide proactive reporting to customers and key stakeholders
Drive standardization and collaboration with key operational and Supply Chain experts to lead, support, and influence new businesses processes, and reporting Preparing/presenting detailed, data-driven business reviews to senior management

Rapid Asset Deployment (IN RAD) is the manufacturing and fulfilment operations arm of OpsTechIT (OTIT) Supply Chain
. One-stop-shop for all requirements of the end- customers ranging from EUE devices to Network Infrastructure devices

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Basic Qualifications: . 10+ years experience managing technical teams . Proficient verbal and written communication skills . Ability to travel up to 60%. . A Bachelor degree from an accredited university or equivalent Amazon experience IT Service Management or IT Business Operations experience.
Prince 2 Practitioner OR PMP, Six Sigma OR Lean Certification
