JOB DESCRIPTION As a Operation Manager -US Staffing you will have the following responsibilities:

Manage, Mentor and Drive the Recruitment Team & Marketing Team
Work with the team and increase their performance, by improving their skills and motivation
You must also be willing to do hands-on recruiting for critical job orders
Handle all paper work MSA, contracts, etc.
Client and Account management
Achieve performance and revenue targets
Meet submission, closure and other operations targets
Team retention, motivation and training
Raising the bar of the recruitment team
Innovation and continuous improvement of our recruitment process

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Aptitude, attitude, integrity and the right communication skills are very important for this role of Recruitment Manager US Recruitment.
You will be a perfect fit for the role of a Recruitment Manager US Recruitment, if you:
Have 12+ years of US IT Recruitment and US IT Staffing experience and at least 3 years of experience managing a team of recruiters
