Scope

This role is responsible for all Projects referring to Technical Services area. The incumbent is responsible for the PMO design implementation to all the ongoing and upcoming projects in Technical services area. He / She will provide support, training and consultation to Corporate IT team as well as to the Country IT Teams (Country IT – case to case basis). Providing these services in an effective and efficient manner will ensure maximum strategies implemented in to the projects.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

Leads, coordinates and implements IT projects in the defined area.

Supports projects as a project team member.

Gathers requirements, prepares functional specifications and technical documents.

Collaborates with project members and stakeholders in an active manner.

Defines and implements the service delivery.

Tracking of the Projects.

Periodic update of all the projects.

Implementation of POM methodologies and Best practices.

Arranging the gate review in coordination with other IT-PM’s.

Vendor / Partner Management

Manages vendors and partners and tracking all project related aspects for all involved vendors and partners.

Support & Service

Effective communication with Country IT team members.

Trains IT team in PMO services.

Optimizes existing IT processes.

Sets and manages IT expectations.

Provide individual IT training and support on request.

Coordinates, prioritizes, assigns and escalates issues.

Analysis and where possible resolves issues.

Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.

Interacts with Key-Users and IT colleagues on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner.
