Manages execution of support services to GIS customers for specific IT service or set of services. Completes root cause analysis of outages or incident trends (often working with managed services partner). Recommends preventative actions
Plan and manage projects to ensure effective and efficient execution in line with established processes and guidelines and guardrails of scope, timeline, budget and quality
Defines and implements departmental goals and objectives in line with strategic organizational goals and objectives. Attract, develop and retain personnel and continuously improve workgroup capabilities.
Work with business leaders to develop IT enablement strategy, plan the BU portfolio and establish appropriate metrics to measure portfolio value. Actively manage BU portfolio
Overall experience of 15+ years in Software analysis, design & development and managing large projects and teams.
Technical Skills :
Experience in .NET Framework 4.5+, ASP.NET, C#.Net, ASP.NET MVC / ASP.NET Core MVC.
Experience in Application development in Azure or AWS Cloud platforms is a must.
Expertise in database design and integration with MS-SQL Server and use in software applications. Good SQL/data modeling skills.
Proficiency in the development of complex technical solutions and scripts using SSIS SQL Server
Strong in implementing the OOPS Concepts.
Understanding of client-side technologies: Html, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery.
Knowledgeable with working with Web Services, Web APIs, and REST APIs.
Experience with Agile Development Practices and Experience in TFS / GitHub for maintaining source code.
Expertise in Code Optimization.
