Role: Responsible for maintenance & support of IT application platforms like Finnone Neo (CAS, LMS, Collections), Microsoft D365 & Document Management System (DMS)
Essential Responsibilities:
1. liaising with IT vendors for maintenance of existing IT platforms.
2. Process IT Helpdesk queries specific to IT applications along with other team members.
3. Ensure SLA for support queries/issues.
4. Help business users in conducting UAT of new releases or change requests.
Experience: 3-4 years in IT projects support.
Qualification: BE/BTech/BCA/MCA
Desired Characteristics:
1. Experience of application support preferably in BFSI/Lending sector.
2. Must be a team player

Salary: ₹800,000.00 – ₹1,200,000.00 per year
