Key Responsibilities
Leads Information Technologies process and policy documentation for ISO 27000 and 9001
Leads the IT Assets management and control process
Leads the IT Procurement process, budget control and vendor management process
Effectively communicate asset management policies and procedures and corporate awareness
Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems
Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements
About You
5+ years of experience
BS/BA degree in Computer Science or related
Strong organizational and detailed oriented capabilities
Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
Has initiative with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience writing processes and policy documentation for ISO 27000 and 9001
Experience with asset management and/or inventory-tracking and discover tools systems
Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment
Must be a team player willing both to steer the team towards success and to fully support the team when others are steering
Recognizes there is a problem and escalates or informs the resources who can address the problem
Able to analyze data, draw conclusions and make decisions
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English both oral and written skills
Process and policy documentation experience
Experience with Asset Management, procurement, or computer related field
Understand Procure to Pay process
Data analysis and reporting
Excellent skills in Word, SharePoint, and Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, formulas etc.)
