Job description
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Own the end-to-end sales and business development cycle for the organization
· Research and build a strong pipeline of prospective clients and qualified leads
· Secure new business with identified prospects
· Lead and coordinate proposal preparations in the cooperation with other departments
· Pitch company’s solutions to key decision makers
· Successfully close new business opportunities by creating and executing a sales strategy
· Meet sales and profit targets set by the management
· Own the relationship with the client – drive the entire sales cycle, manage client questions/escalations, and pursue opportunities to expand scope and services
· Keep client information and sales leads up to date
· Report sales performance, and sales pipeline to the Director
Desired Candidate Profile
· Must have proven results in the area of software solutions sales to enterprises
· Must have active connects with Enterprise customer to secure immediate business for the organization
· 4+ years of experience in IT sales, including selling customized software solutions and mobile app solutions.
· Enjoys the “hunt” of prospecting and able to produce outstanding results to grow the business
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Familiarity with software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
· Knowledge of current technology trends and industry best practices.
· Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
· Ability to analyze customer requirements and needs
· Must have goal oriented attitude
· Excellent spoken and written English
