Position – IT Coordinator – Hardware
Opening in Hospital.
Hospital Experience is Mandatory.
Job Responsibilities – (Primary)
(A) HARDWARE:
1. Responsible for complete maintenance of hardware and to ensure minimum down time and to ensure that there
is no breakdown of the servers.
2. To coordinate with hardware engineers of vendors / service contractors for hardware maintenance.
3. To advise on procuring hardware within budgetary allocations.
4. To provide systems support. To ensure re-functioning of software and hardware within the shortest time
possible in case of breakdowns.
5. To impart software training to staff members, training of end-users for the new software,
6. helping end-users in their day-to-day work.
7. Preparing MIS report for management & ancillary departments.
8. Daily backup onsite & offsite.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
9. Managing e-mail/Internet usage with proper authentications.
10. Drafting management policies pertaining to IT.
11. Coordinating Software related issues with the Companies, outside agencies, getting quotations and justifying
management requirements.
12. Participating in TQM/Organisation Audit projects as assigned from time to time.
13. Defining and clarifying role and responsibilities of staff within area of responsibility, annually setting goals and
objectives for them; providing them with performance feedback on an ongoing basis.
14. Hospital website maintenance & up gradation.
15. Perform internal auditor of assigned department as part of organization internal audit team.
16. Handle MIS & emails for CEO.
17. Support HR for payroll processing & generate MIS from Payroll for mngt. Provide real time data for wage
settlement.
18. Support finance for preparation of budget & other MIS
Undertaking other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by the reporting officer.
Qualification: B.E/ BCA/MCA or Hardware Networking Diploma
Experience: 3 yrs of relevant experience.
Knowledge & Skills required:
Should have overall knowledge of hardware, software & networking development.
ERP implementation experience.
Expertise in Automated billing systems.
Expertise in emerging Information Technologies.
Knowledge of computer data management systems / MIS.
Communication skills, Good leadership skills to handle team, Decision making.
Problem solving & negotiation. Good understanding.
Knowledge of Implementation of Biometrics and payroll.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹360,000.00 – ₹480,000.00 per year
