• Network Infrastructure Management:
• Oversee installs, configuration, upgrades, administration, monitoring, maintenance, and security of the Network Infrastructure in the South Region.
• Perform WAN and LAN troubleshooting to ensure optimal network performance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Act as a liaison between vendors, technical support, and departments to resolve complex system and network problems within the South Region.
• Manage client relationships and handle escalated customer service issues in the South Region.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders in the South Region.
• Service Delivery and Performance:
• Coordinate service delivery and monitor service performance in the South Region to ensure compliance with service level agreements.
• Receive and evaluate customer requests and complaints in the South Region, ensuring timely resolution.
• Anticipate, negotiate, and resolve problems, including conflicts as they arise in the South Region.
• Project Management:
• Assist in establishing a Project Management life cycle to oversee multiple projects in the South Region.
• Develop project plans, goals, and budgets in collaboration with relevant teams in the South Region.
• Organize and manage all phases of the project in the South Region to ensure on-time completion.
• Monitor expenditures in accordance with the budget in the South Region.
• Compliance and Standards:
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards in the South Region.
• Establish and enforce compliance with service level agreements and objectives in the South Region.

Requirements And Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in Project Management and IT Infrastructure.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong planning and coordination abilities.
• Exceptional customer service orientation.
• Operations management expertise.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.
• 3+ years of experience in a project management role.
• Ability to anticipate, successfully negotiate, and solve problems.
