Business Analysis and Project Management:
Allocate projects from various LOBs to the team members, by assessing the work load and level of priority
Ensure apt Business Requirement Document preparation for each project.
Audit BRDs written on a regular basis to guide team on corrections as and when required.
Monitor and guide team for 100% adherence to BRD FTC document and timely submission to IT, without any gaps.
Ensure the projects are tracked and project reports (BA and UAT reports) are published on a timely manner, ensuring business stakeholders are informed on constant basis.
Reconcile and prioritize IT Calls on a monthly basis, as per business priorities and changing scenarios, and re-align team to the same.
Front end and support IT platform transition for all business units from Retail Sales perspective.
Understand the long-range business imperatives for Retail Sales and work with the team to identify ways to add value while delivering to the business objectives
Ensure UAT team’s adherence to defined timelines and delivery
Stakeholder management:
Liaison with business stakeholders on a regular basis to understand the business requirements.
Ideate the system blueprint, work on design & functionality along with the team
Improvise the project design as per business suggestions and take final sign off from business heads before proceeding with the system development.
Audit and Compliance: support with the data for all audit requirements
Ensure all open points of prior audit findings are closed
Ensure all audit requirements are fulfilled in a timely manner by the team
Vendor Management
Conduct primary and secondary research on vendors providing the viable technological solutions as per business requirements
Conduct an initial hygiene check for shortlisted vendors and suggest the tie ups to Head Central Functions Operations for evaluation, commercials and empanelment
Align team to technology vendors to explain the project requirements and ensure delivery
Team Management and Development
Provide recommendations to team members wrt complex situations and guide them as and when required.
Establish individual performance expectations and regularly review individual performance of the team
Engage with the team in a timely manner to understand bottlenecks, process issues etc. and provide guidance as and when required.
