Responsibilities:

⦁ Responsible for full lifecycle of recruitment, which includes multi-channel, sourcing, screening, short-listing, scheduling interviews.

⦁ Must be decisive, adaptable, creative and a confidential communicator.

⦁ Ensure appropriate communication at all staff levels.

⦁ Maintain and develop leading-edge HR systems and processes

⦁ Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics

⦁ Provide support to employees in various HR activities

Desired Candidate Profile:

⦁ MBA/ Business administration degree of a relevant field.

⦁ Passion for learning & making a difference.

⦁ Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,828.14 – ₹39,299.81 per month
