JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Installation and Trouble Shooting of Software, Providing Technical Support to the users, Handling Network Issues, Maintaining Network Issues including VPNs, Routers, Firewalls, Data Security System.
-Configuration of CISCO Switches, Firewall, Wireless Modems/Access Points.
-Hardware troubleshooting, maintenance for Desktops/Laptops/Printers like IT equipment
-Providing support for IT services, IP phones system, internet, LAN networking and cloud services.
-Maintaining and upgrading existing systems when required.
-Tapping and leveraging the use of various types of technology platforms to improve the overall workflow of the company’s operations.
-Ability to work well under pressure and self-manage competing priorities.
