Work Hours: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm IST (should be flexible working later hours if needed)
What You’ll Do:
This position is based in our Gurgaon, India office and will be responsible to:
Provide level 1 and level 2 end-user technical support
Respond to tickets in accordance with SLA guidelines
Responsible to provide IT Orientations to new hires
Managing both Windows and Mac OS devices
Providing support for computers, mobile devices, peripherals and the operating systems that support them
Provide account management and support for all IT supported public and private cloud technologies including OKTA, Office365, Zoom, Google Suite, Glip, Jira, and Confluence
Assist in deployment of IT identity and management frameworks including Active Directory, Okta, JAMF, and Airwatch
Participate in site IT initiatives, both local and roll-outs of new global products and services.
Manage local A/V systems, including conf room meeting systems and public display boards
Provide assistance to employees in understanding how to use A/V technology and set up and manage large meetings as required
Procure equipment for users based on needs including laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
Maintain and update public and internal knowledge base with articles
Adhere to defined technical support processes and practices
Attend training / conferences to develop and improve skills and achieve certifications when applicable
Test new technologies
Requirements
Qualifications/ Skills required:
At least 2 years prior experience managing IT in a security-focused company
Demonstrated 3 years of experience in managing at least the following SaaS services across one or more companies: Google Workspace (G Suite), Box, Office 365, Slack, Jira, Confluence, and GitHub Enterprise.
2 years as the administrator (“Super Admin” or similar) of Google Cloud Platform in a production environment. Experience would include managing app engine functions, IAM policies, virtual machine instances, firewalls, reporting, and auditing.
An exceptionally good rapport with end-users. This requires the ability to make novice users comfortable asking for help and also to give experienced users confidence in their abilities to handle requests that challenge them.
Minimum of 2 years experience with macOS device management, including native utilities such as Apple’s MDM specification, such as JAMF.
