Recruit and induct employees at Office
Co-ordinate between interviewer and select employees and conduct the Joining formalities
Issuing offer letters, appointment letters, Increment & promotions, Transfer & Confirmation letter
Helps in conducting PMS monthly / Quarterly / Annual
Responsible for distributing goal sheets and getting the acceptance of Goal sheets from employees
Issue Company assets to employees and get the asset handover format
Conduct exit interview and do all the formalities regarding FNF by issuing cheque as per TAT
Monitoring daily attendance on-site & off-site
Assist in developing Manpower planning and Budgeting
Assist in implementing all HR policies advised by External Consultant
Responsible to maintain records and compile reports concerning personnel-related data of employees and other professional data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates
Ensure speedy redressed of grievances in coordination with Department Heads
Ensure that services to all employees in the areas of wage/salary, disbursal of benefits etc. is handled expeditiously
Manage Time Office and ensure proper leave and salary administration
Provide human resource generalist services, including compliance with regulatory agencies and maintain all statutory registers (i.e. ESIC, PF & all other statutory compliance as per labor law)
Prepare and follow budgets for personnel and admin operations
Responsible for facility administration, and housekeeping activities of the organization, which will include maintaining cleanliness and Hygiene at the workplace, availability of basic resources from stationary, machinery, furniture, fixtures etc
Responsible for general repairs and maintenance required at the workplace
Responsible for preparing Full and Final and clearance the same within time,
Assist Management and Departmental heads in performance evaluation as per the evaluation system of the organization.
