The Role

● Developing and documenting your understanding of the core platforms servicing the business, actively working in multiple concurrent work streams/platforms

● Working across business functions to ascertain change requirements, producing available supporting documentation incl but not limited to wireframes, systems design docs, user docs and data migration docs etc.

● Defining deliverables, understanding, assessing and documenting business impact and benefit of change requests ● Capturing high-level requirements and converting them into user stories

● Presenting solutions to the business and soliciting feedback

● Analysing and evaluating business processes, feeding back to stakeholders

● Understanding of Business Process modelling tools (process modelling levels)

● Assisting the senior BA with regular BA duties

● A good understanding of Agile

The Candidate

Our ideal candidate will be degree educated and have some experience in a software development environment. You will have at least 4 – 5 years of experience in commercial BA. You will have strong communication skills, including presentation experience and writing documentation. Some experience in industry-standard modelling, specifications, and design techniques in a customer-facing role will ensure you are well-equipped to be successful.

*Experience in logistics would be advantageous
