Position Purpose
The professional IT Security Management is responsible for tasks for one or more areas of Information Security. Predominantly in the areas of Vulnerability, Patch, Security Incident management.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
Vulnerability Management:
Check the vulnerability scan results actionable vulnerabilities,
Notify, keep track, and remind responsible owner (internal/external)
Provide vulnerability reporting’s based on scanning results
Monitor status of remediation activities and prepare reports
Report status related to vulnerabilities (KPI/KRI, …)
Patch Management:
Calculate, and report KPI related to patch management
Other Security topics :
Supports departments with his/her expertise and guides them within the security requirements
Develops and maintains IT Security policies
Constructive security consulting and cooperation in projects (analysis and design of alternative solutions)
Management of security incidents
Initiates and tracks the integration of security requirements in the business process life cycle
Establishes a cyber-culture
Collects and tracks security incompliances
Participate to reconciliation and recertification campaigns for IT rights management
Support assessments for IT solutions in various stages (initial questionnaires, gap analysis)
