Job Description
Incident Management
Ticket handling via SMT tool
Monthly status report
Direct contact with vendor for the cases, issues and alignments
Coordination of consultation hours with countries
Collaborating with UD and CI stakeholders for regular topics, process improvements and any other topics
Handling Change Requests
Testing
Reviewing test cases from CI and re-testing if needed
Update testing Subtask on Jira
Provide update on testing to GASP and CI Coordinator of testing
Maintenance Test data and Test user
Monitor new/quarterly releases – regular alignments with GASP and CI coordinator
Creating and maintaining tracking files e.g.: new releases, feature requests for internal use
Interfaces
Regular alignment with the responsible stakeholders for technical consulting on interface issues which could pop up in incidents
Regular alignment with GASP on these topics
Build up knowledge about COMPAS and IdM Interfaces and for troubleshoot, ticket solving
Training
Training the new 2nd level support team members about processes, where documentations are, points of contact, troubleshooting, ticket solving
Create documentations to help 1st level if need be e.g. FAQ guide for 1st level to trouble shoot the issues themselves, within their access & only create incidents for 2nd level if issue cannot be solved by themselves)
Project Support
Supporting project managers in Lisbon for the further roll-out´s in the countries
Preparation of pre-roll out activities including change and communication management
Qualifications
