As an IT Senior Manager will act as the functional manager for your team of local IT Managers and be responsible for all IT Service teams within the region. This includes implementing and controlling local and global projects within the region. The role works closely with local IT Managers and local business stakeholders to ensure proper skill and capacity levels within the team.
You report directly to the IT Director for your region and can perform successfully in a fast-paced, high performing, service orientated environment. You will have experience managing diverse teams and providing and collecting feedback from stakeholders on performance and development needs of your team. You interpret rules and guidelines flexibly to enrich the business and in keeping with BCG’s values and culture.
Key responsibilities:
Manage the System/IT office IT Manager and their teams within your region with over sight of capacity and capability development for team members
Manage operational project implementations and related teams within your region
Support the IT Manager and build strong networks within the regional System/Office level management teams
Create and maintain best practice standards for IT operations within the teams and offices you are responsible for and support continuous service improvement
Service delivery of end-user, office and mobile facing services and technologies
Act as the liaison between IT Service and other Global IT Functions and roles
Manage and monitor IT Service operations within the regional IT Service organization
Plan and track local and global projects for all regional and local offices
Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure effective IT training and onboarding processes
Responsible for operations of the regional management team activities
Manage CAPEX and OPEX and support the Budget forecasting process across all offices you are responsible for
Work towards achieving IT Service performance goals on equipment maintenance, user satisfaction and capacity utilization as outlined and communicated
Select, evaluate and approve technical standards and procedures, as well as external vendor selection and communication
Performs other duties as assigned or required

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
B.A./B.S. degree or comparable knowledge and experience in IT Service related field
Experience with managing and leading remote teams in a cross-cultural, multi-national environment
Holistic & structured approach to work
Ability to clearly communicate and present technical concepts to management, peer group and staff
Superior knowledge of commonly used IT concepts, practices, and procedures
ITIL Foundation certified (v3 or v4) and/or a clear understanding of the ITIL system and ticketing process
Budgeting experience in OPEX and CAPEX is a must
Experience managing IT delivery Projects
Experience managing multiple sites / locations
Experience with office fitouts/buildouts/relocations
Knowledge of tools such as Tableau, Alteryx and MS Project
Experience using collaboration tools such as Slack and Trello
Knowledge of Agile operating models
Knowledge of Networks and Infrastructure
