Boston Scientific is looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to support Supply Chain Planning in SAP S4/HANA for Run state/ Project work. This person will analyze, design, document, test and deliver business process and Information System solutions to meet business requirements. You will be closely partnering with our S4 HANA implementation analysts to ensure alignment between roll-out and Run state/ enhancement work.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, test, and implementation of Supply Chain Planning solutions in SAP
May lead multiple project activities simultaneously, working with internal and external cross-functional groups
Resolve technical issues including diagnosis of problem, recommendations for workarounds and defect correction
Analyze, design, construct, test, and implement system or application enhancements
Create and maintain all required technical documentation per IS methodology and processes
Demonstrate technical leadership by staying current on new technologies
Maintain collaborative working relationship with IS services (database, data center, servers, desktop, networking, security)
Understand customer’s business implications and incorporate understanding into technical and process improvement recommendations
Lead or support roll-out and implementation of new business applications and functionality specifically within the SAP MM and PP space
Adhere to project plans, tasks, and deliverables; identify dependencies and resource requirements
Appropriately communicate project status, escalate issues, and manage timelines and action items
Work closely and collaborate with onshore and offshore scrum team members to ensure a prioritized and sufficient product backlog for the teams to work against
Actively engage and educate business process owners on solution optimization, simplification and standardization capabilities
Management Responsibilities
Collaboratively work across different groups and divisions to achieve organizational goals and deliver timely solutions

Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Strong SAP configuration and implementation skills; 3-5 Years MM & PP experience
Good understanding of Supply Chain Planning and associated SAP/Industry Best Practices
Knowledge and experience of the cross- functional master and transactional data supporting demand and supply planning processes
Knowledge of and experience with interface technologies, best practices, data mapping and detailed functional design
Experience with integrated advanced planning technology and business processes (Rapid response preferred).
Understanding the integration between various SAP modules including MM, QM, SD, WM, PP, FI
Understanding of the software development lifecycle and methodologies
Experience writing and executing test documentation
Experience demoing functionality and providing training and user support
Knowledge of and experience with agile methodologies along with experience in Jira a plus
Ability to identify and implement process improvement opportunities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-starter with strong, proactive work ethic
Exceptional organizational & time management skills
Experience with Medical Device or Life Sciences beneficial
Soft Skills
Excellent interpersonal communication skills including oral, written, and listening skills with a track record of communicating complex concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical staff, including at senior executive levels
