Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
· Contact New or existing customers to inform them about products, offers & trends.
· Manage online customer calls generate through Facebook, Linked In, Twitter.
· Take Customer feedback and use to generate ideas about new features or products.
· Handle customer queries and complaints and resolve it.
· Speak to customers about a product’s different features and answer any questions they might have.
· Respond to incoming emails and inquiries.
· Taking Payment follow-up from customers on a regular basis.
· Timely and accurate reporting to authorized person.
· Enter and update customer information in the database.
· Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
