Description
Ideal candidate should have minimum 35 years of experience in IT Service desk with excellent verbal and written communication skill. Heshe is responsible for receiving emails, calls and system generated tickets. Excellent knowledge in user provisioning and basic application troubleshooting based on SOP documents Job responsivities Receive incoming calls and track all received requests in incident management system Categories incident based on criticality and priority Maintain and update SOPs regularly and perform Level 1 tasks based on SOPs Assign incidents to the correct SME with proper incident details incase not able to resolve Ensure incident logs are update frequently and escalate incidents as required Provide timely update to end user and management Ensure 100 SLA response time for all the incidents Prepare daily, weekly and Monthly Report with 100 accuracy Followup with SMEs and other vendors for timely closure of the service request and incidents Prepare Backlog tickets and notify the management and SMEs Provide technical support for MS office and other desktop applications
