Act as a first line of support for the users/clients
Responsible for providing high-quality technical support to users within the organization by resolving the issues related to all applications being used in CHIL i.e. raised via e-mail ,tickets and enabling the required operational processes needed for the business to be successful
Troubleshooting issues
Analyzing clients issue & resolving it & getting it resolved from concerned department as per the requirement
Work with senior teams to support large, complex issue of corporate clients
