Qualification
At least a graduate/BE/BSc IT/B.Tech
IT Service desk professional with 5-7 years of expertise in activities which includes Service Desk operations, IT infrastructure Operations & Maintenance, User provisioning, Incident management, Change management, Service Delivery & Service Assurance of various IT services/applications / projects for various customers.
Candidate must be having an excellent communication and technical skillset and willing to work in flexible times and shifts on a rotational basis.
Candidate will be supporting overseas customers, relevant experience must contain Global users support.
Roles & Responsibilities at Bunge India are:
1. Application & O/S Support
Preparing laptops/desktops for users by deploying Window OS via SCCM.
Support user on-boarding / separation from IT infra perspective.
In depth understanding of ITIL operations, IT lifecycle activities, service provisioning activities (ex:- user creation/user termination)
Having sound knowledge of service desk operations with excellent communication skills
Re-installation of MS office software, LN reconfiguration and setting up of Desktop, Laptop. Mobile setup as per the user’s requirement;
Excellent understanding of hardware, software related issues in laptops/desktops/server/network devices.
Expertise in Troubleshooting of Active Directory, Group Policies, Permission to access folders
Provide hardware level break fix solution to Desktop, Printer problems, basic LAN support issues
Installation & troubleshooting of critical client level applications & their usage guidelines
Configuring Bot machines for RPA teams
Operating Systems (OS) installation / re-installation, upgrades and patches for desktops
Installation and Configuration of client Software’s/application installations such as MS-Office, MS Visio, Acrobat Reader, mail client etc.
SAP Setup with printers, Troubleshooting of SAP related problems and if required escalation to SAP Team
Office 365 configuration with Skype for business, MS Teams and SharePoint
Configuration of Print devices (network and local) on desktops
Configuration/troubleshooting of network connectivity and upgrade management of desktops / laptops
Installation of VPN Client F5 for Remote Access, troubleshooting of Direct Access related problems
Internet and Intranet Configurations as per company norms
Working with Upstream(Workplace Team) to fix system / application related issues.
Preferred to have Global service support experience
2. Network Management (L1/L2 Support):
Monitoring availability of WAN Connectivity as a daily routine task and Network Performance.
Expertise in understanding network related issues and capability to fix them.
Troubleshoot Network connectivity (LAN/WAN) issues at L1/L2 level and capability to fix.
Coordinating with ISP vendors like Orange / Telstra /AT&T/TATA / Airtel for respective sites.
Logging a call and regular follow up with ISP until issue is resolved.
Lease line, ISDN, Modem, Switches, hubs, internet connectivity co-ordination.
Maintaining structured cabling of Server and network rack
Good understanding of Networking concepts:– Classes of network; Configuring the static and dynamic ip (dhcp), Understanding of VLAN concepts,
Working with Upstream(Network Team) to fix network related issues
3. Server Management (L1/L2 Support)
Disk space usage monitoring;
Coordination for user creation / deletion / modification request with Service Provisioning team.
Trouble shooting of Booting process of Linux/Unix/Windows/VMware/Hyper conversion infrastructure.
Expertise in understanding Server related issues and capability to fix them.
Starting and stopping of services; Run level concepts
Job Automation, RAID concepts and configuration
Domain configuration of windows machine
Call logging & follow-up action with the principal Vendors for hardware/software related issues
Website Domain Management, Website hosting related work, Webserver management, working with vendors for the same
Coordinate with upstream for Operating Systems (OS) installation / re-installation, upgrades and patches for Servers
Working with Upstream(Datacenter Team) to fix server related issues.
4. Antivirus Support and Patch Updates:
Anti-Virus Support – Installation of anti-virus on desktops and cleansing of Virus
The Engineer will do the Call Closure within Norms – Remote / On Site, Security and compliance tickets will be closed on high priority
5. Inventory Management:
Keeping track of Install/Move/Add/Changes (IMACs) and Submitting reports as and when required to the IT Manager at Bunge.
Maintaining IT Documentation for Asset Receipts / Returns from Users and/or Vendors.
Updating the IT Asset Inventory (Hardware & Software) every time new assets are procured before deployment.
Tagging of IT Assets before deployment as per Bunge standards.
Sending details of newly procured assets to Finance for Insurance before deployment.
Yearly verification of Hardware and Software Assets deployed across all Bunge Locations.
6. Vendor Management:
Follow up with the vendors in cases of warranty devices and also escalating to the internal IT team.
Handling PO Creation, Invoice processing GRN, tracking payments, validating payment ledgers
Providing support and timely coordination for new projects, roll outs and expansions in Bunge networks
