Deep understanding of routing & switching
Hands on experience on static and dynamic routing protocols such as BGP, EIGRP, OSPF
Should have strong experience in SD-WAN(Merraki)
Hands-on experience in upgrading the firmware version of switches, routers, firewalls and Load balancer(F5/NSX) and proxy
Good incident resolution , 24X7 availability
Should be able to provide support in incident resolution, RITM/change request fulfilment
Must be able to solve customer problems quickly during stressful situations
