Job Description/ Position Description Works independently and applies knowledge of subject matter in Applications Development. Possess sufficient knowledge and skills to effectively deal with issues, challenges within field of specialization to develop simple applications solutions. Second level professional with direct impact on results and outcome.
Job Role/ Your future duties and responsibilities • As we are working with a customer from Pharma Industry, member must understand at least basics of the Regulatory framework for pharmaceutical industry (FDA, GxP, SOX, GDPR)
• Member should have good knowledge on Change Management/Incident Management and should have at least 1 full cycle implementations with good experience.
• Handling tickets and application support to the end users by diagnosing, analyzing and solving the issue reported.
• To be alert and honor SLAs while working on Incidents and Service Requests.
• Identifying recurring Issues and fixing by carrying out Root Cause analysis.
• Identifying the gaps and suggesting corrections or enhancements.
• Writing functional specs and interacting with developer to develop the necessary changes
• To be good at domain specific configurations.
• To possess business process knowledge and guide business users
• To prepare detailed estimates, Unit Test documents in the given templates.
• To conduct peer review on the solutions, estimates and Testing.
• Training the end users and preparing end user training material.
• To plan the changes as per the releases and ensure that the schedule is honored by considering the KPIs and SLAs.
• To be proactive in identifying the potential issues and alert the Solution Owners in advance.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Member should have experience of 4 – 10 years in SAP WM
Candidate should have good knowledge on support activities and should have at least one full cycle implementation.
Need to be strong in SAP WM Customizing.
Should have good Knowledge on WM process like Put away, stock Removal, posting change, staging and replenishment, Inventory process, Mobility process. Inbound and outbound delivery process, Packing/unpacking/repacking process.
Integration to other SAP Modules like PP, MM, QM and SD.
Working knowledge on EDI/IDOC and other 3rd Party interfaces
Candidate should possess good communication skills
Demonstrate excellent problem solving and analytical thinking skills.
Should possess good knowledge on Handling Unit Management
Should possess good knowledge on Inventory Mgmt. area (Both WM and HU inventory)
Candidate should possess good communication skills and should be able to interact with solution owner independently.
Worked in Customer facing environment.
Have basic ABAP debugging skills.
Working knowledge on Service-now tool would be added advantage.
