Your future duties and responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Responsible for day-to-day operations, business continuity, contractual compliance, resource planning and work allocation to meet agreed service levels.
Ensures that service delivery is monitored, measured and analyzed to continuously improve quality, efficiency, cost, member and customer satisfaction.
Resolves issues, applies agreed standards and interfaces with IT and business functions to reduce risk and manage expectations.
Prerequisites:
ITIL foundation certified.
At least two years’ experience as operations lead or delivery manager of an offshore IT service desk function.
Experience working with multinational and multilingual teams across several time zones.
Preferred:
SDI or HDI certification.
Technical experience in omnichannel cloud contact center as a service.
Work Environment: 24X7 operation, late night work.
Location: Bangalore/Chennai, work from office.
