Position 1 : Service Desk Analyst
Location : Bangalore
Education : BE/B.Tech
Experience : 0-1 yr
Key Skill : Technical support, Strong written and verbal communication skill
Notice Period : 30 days
Responsibilities :
To be available for call, email support for IT users
For call support to adhere to call script and assist the customer
For email support to assist the customer over within 1hr of receiving the email
To identity, log and classify the issue that has been reported
To document the issue on various trackers daily tracker, escalation tracker and publish daily dash while logging out
Provide on call solution to the user as needed
To document the SOP and update them on Wiki
Train new joinees (if needed)
Follow the process protocol and policy introduced by Management as and when needed as per the project needs
Share resume to mail id
