You are a Tools administration and scripting engineer with 6-8 years of experience performing operations and administration of Microsoft security tools MDE, MCASS and other productions in Cloud production systems. You have experience in handling large asset base of corporation. You have strong knowledge in securing systems through deploying configurations and fixing operational issues including vulnerabilities in Microsoft Azure, Windows and UNIX servers and AWS and GCS cloud based environments through Automation.
You have good written and oral communication skills in English language, presentation skills and experience in dealing with global teams.

Position Overview
This position is part of shared services team responsible for securing cross functional IT infrastructure. This team is responsible for Business Systems, End user devices, Network devices and other production environments within Citrix. This is an individual contributor role with responsibility of automating process and ensure successful securing of all systems at Citrix.
The ideal candidate needs to have 6-8 years of experience in security tools administration such as Microsoft MDE, DATP, MCASS, AZURE AD and AZURE ATP. Experience in IBOSS, Cloud Aware, Tanium, Qualys, SCCM, and Service Now CMDB will have additional consideration. You must be a master of Microsoft Security tools. Note this is not an Azure IaaS administration role!
Experienced in scripting (e.g. bash, PowerShell, VBScript, Python) and automation tools Ansible and Chef will be advantageous.
Platform knowledge of Microsoft server, AD, Azure, Linux, and Network are required. Experience in administration of Azure, AWS and Google cloud based compute devices using CLI and tooling via API will be plus.
Roles and Responsibilities
Fully understand the MDE and MCASS platform, Azure Security Center ecosystem. Operationally manage MDE,MCASS, AADIP, Azure ATP and other security tools such as IBOSS Proxy and manage security settings of tools in accordance with policies.
Map the landscape of Citrix assets within DC and cloud. Deploy, operationalize, and extend all the capabilities of Microsoft security tools.
Integrate Azure, GCS and AWS environments with Enterprise security tools.
Build automation platform using Service Now as ticketing tool, Integrate Splunk as log aggregation tool.
Perform Azure Governance and Best Practices for multi-region environments
Ensure all systems are up to date with the security policies and vulnerability fixing. Create and Report Dashboards.
Perform emergency roll outs and reverts as and when required. Perform post activity analysis.
Must have a security and automation mindset. Experienced in handling Data Center environments as well as End user computing devices.
Participate in a 24×7 on-call rotation. Work in different shift timings as required.
Interact with the Global Security Architecture team, Operations team and other IT departments and functions.
Ensure all Metrics of the department are achieved. SLA/SLO’s are achieved as committed.
Train junior staff within the team.
Represent team in Change Management and other ITIL functions
Basic Qualifications
Requires deep knowledge of job area obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
Viewed as having a specialty within discipline.
Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience; or Master’s degree with 4 years; or PhD with 2 years of experience.
Track record of driving projects from idea to implementation and scaling operations.
Experience in Microsoft security products such as MDE, MCASS is must.
Experience in Implementing, administering and operationally managing IBOSS has additional consideration.
Experience with security frameworks such as CIS and NIST Cybersecurity Framework, Microsoft Secure Development Lifecycle.
Must have extensive understanding of SAML, OAuth, LDAP, and Kerberos.
Knowledge of enterprise software solutions such as Service NOW and Jira.
Experienced working in Safe Agile methodology and using Atlassian tools such as Confluence.
Experience in automation of deployment of software in cloud and on prem environments. Experience working in public cloud environments (Azure, AWS and GCP) including account management, patching and configuration of cloud resources.
Experience in scripting for UNIX, Windows, Network and Storage systems. Chef, Powershell, Python and Perl scripting experience will preferred.
Experience with scripting/coding languages (PowerShell, Batch, Visual Basic) including the development and execution of PowerShell scripts to automate IT tasks and processes
Experience with the following cloud & virtualization technologies are preferred: Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, Google GCP, Hyper-V Virtualization and Citrix.
Experience with Microsoft Server 2012 through Server 2016- OS installation/configuration
Experience with security monitoring tools, incident management tools, orchestration, automation, logging platforms, and application performance tools such as Defender ATP, etc.
Knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and networking technologies
Experience in Citrix products (NetScaler, XenApp, XenDesktop, XenMobile) desirable.
Ability to communicate technical and security-related concepts to a focused audience of technical and non-technical employees.
Z-500/AZ-300/AZ-304, Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator, MS-500 and CISSP or GIAC certifications preferred. Safe Agile, ITIL and PMP certifications desirable.
