• Ensure quick resolution of network issues and maintain network performance for satisfactory user experience
• Ensure SLA compliance by third party vendors through regular monitoring and review
• Comply with IT system with audit (external | internal) and company SOP
• Carry out system administration activities including user account management
• Support network perimeter security and network asset management
• Ensure availability of video conferencing systems and online meeting platforms
• Conduct user satisfaction survey
• Assist in Datacenter operations and management, and other IT projects
• Manage onsite support engineer for timely compliance and resolution of queries
• Ensure system and user data protection and backup
• Keep abreast with information security best practices training
