Job Title : Multiple roles (BDM, BDE, Client Relationship Executive, Client Relationship Manager) (100% Remote) – Night Shift

Duties & Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and execute business development, offering positioning and sales strategies as a member of the sales team for North America.
Should know throughout calculation like attrition, shrinkage, SLA’s, (Service level adherence).
Should be aware of KRAs, KPIs.
Achieve lead generation, prospecting and other sales management goals designed to build an optimal sales pipeline.
Sourcing prospective leads through existing clients/ cold calls, assessing opportunities and providing value proposition to the clients.
Should be have expertise in generating lead from different social / online platforms.
Ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Manage, plan & execute research activities as per the need of the prospective clients.
Formulate and implement different strategies to get opportunities.
Conduct regular discussions with the existing client to satisfy their requirements. Need to offer solutions to the client and plan strategies to take the engagement to closure.
Submit weekly report and consult with mid and senior level management on various business trends with a aim to develop new services and products.
Working closely with global sales team for meeting revenue targets and business closures.
Demonstrated excellence in consultative selling and account management.
Routinely utilize advanced written and verbal communication skills to successfully execute business plan
Daily interaction with C-Level/Delivery Manager/Project Manager/Vertical head members of the clients.
Preparing the complete information about the Client Hierarchy and reaching out to Key Decision Makers
Branding of company on various online platforms.
Personally develop strong, long-term relationships and referrals with senior management at targeted firms
Manage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, on-site presentations, RFI response, multi-day client workshops, RFP submission, negotiation and deal signing. The candidate is the focal point for all communication and sales activities with prospects and customers.
Work in close collaboration with presales team & delivery teams to ensure that proposed offerings and services fully meet customers business and technology needs.
Provide support to customers during initial phases of an engagement. Follow up and ensure total client satisfaction through the life cycle of the relationship.
Support the teams market research and competitive positioning analysis in partnership with regional presales.
Adhere to all Matrix Sales, Human Resource, and corporate ethical policies, standards and guidelines.
Demonstrate strong personal communication and presentation skills to establish interest, credibility and trust.

Strong Farmer profile with a proven track record of success in selling
Proven Experience in the Field of Business Development/ Sales in Information Technologies Domain.(North American Region)
Demonstrated success in business development by leveraging deep market knowledge in IT Domain Skills like ERP,UI,Java,Middleware Technologies , Mobility , Digital and many more
Acquire new clients and Mining Existing accounts specially from North American region
Proven track record of working and engaging at CIO/VP/CTO Level of customers for technical and business areas
Demonstration of a consistent over-achievement of client acquisition and sales revenue targets.
Strong local contact base and access to alumni, local associations, industry associations within the region.
Good understanding of the IT industry.
Ability to maintain strong sales management focus during sales cycles that are typically six months to one year in duration.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with various stakeholders
