Analyze, Document & timely resolve the support issues , if required escalate to vendor under guidance from Seniors

Monitoring 100% uptime of handheld devices & other systems at location

Co-ordinate with vendor (handheld devices / other hardware) for support

Monitor & Manage backups of Location & POS database

Functional

Knowledge of POS & ERP system

Working Knowledge of Hardware /Networking

Working Knowledge of MySQL /SQL Server database

Multi-tasking, prioritize work to meet tight schedules

Understand Problem resolution techniques

Effective Communication

Required abilities, skills and knowledge : POS Application support (Any reputed POS) Experience in managing & handling handheld POS devices /EDC device Managed New Store Rollout Working knowledge of MySQL / SQL Server DatabaseKnowledge of Ecommerce will be an added advantageJob Type: Full-timeSalary: INR15,000.00 – INR25,000.00 per monthSchedule:
