In this role, you will be responsible for building systems and solutions leveraging various components & tools. You will actively code and adapt it to ensure it functions well.

• Management of functional activity

• Fully responsible to develop the service offering;

• Ensure continued IT functionality of respective location

• Negotiate, manage and improve outsourcing contracts with external service providers where applicable. “Define, implement and manage local IT services where economically justifiable”

• Accountable to ensure budget (planning & actuals tracking)

• Implementation and standardization of services processes

• Ensures application adheres to policies and guidelines;

• Responsible that regulations from integrated Management System are applied throughout the subordinated IT team;

• Enforces a high degree of standardization to keep running costs low;

• Manage and improve IT service delivery & support processes across locations.

• Seeks continuous improvement and efficiency gains for existing solutions;

• Realize operational & service improvements in line with strategic IT insourcing or outsourcing decisions;

• Optimally conduct problem & change management process in conjunction with all required IT departments.

• Leadership / People Management

• Manage, motivate, develop and retain employees in line with management principles;

• Team development by coaching, training and also on the job activities to apply needed skills;

• Fully responsible to develop the team to ensure an efficient & effective operations;

• Responsible to give guidance to the subordinated IT staff towards a powerful support organization for business demands.

• Participate and contribute actively in Review meetings.

Salary: ₹45,967.00 – ₹50,762.00 per month
