Designation-Support Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

· Field and Remote Support to Customers and Partners.

· Sales Demo’s, Site Surveys and Installation.

· Require good knowledge of Routing Switching, Wireless.

· Training and Regular Certification of Different In-house Courses is Must.

· Install, test, maintain, and repair the systems sold by the company.

· Providing Support to end Customers and Partners.

· Organizing and providing training to Partners.

· Creating network design and architecture after getting requirements and discuss with client’s understanding of the products of networking

Requirement:

· B.E/B. Tech (04 Yr. Degree Course): Pref : Electrical/Electronics/IT /Telecom/Computer Science

· At least two years of experience in Networking/Routers/IP-PBX/IP Surveillance is must.

· Good Communication Skills & hands on Experience in MS Office.

· Must have Conveyance & Laptop

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
