The role will be part of the CISO – IT Security & Governance team and responsible for leading & managing team towards delivering Data Privacy, Security, Risk & Compliance objectives enterprise wide which includes ISO27001, GDPR, and overall IT Risk Management at Columbus.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor or master’s degree in computer science/Engineering or equivalent
8+ years of cumulative experience in implementing, supporting or owning projects/programs for ISO 27001, GPDR and other IT Risk Management initiatives.
2 years of experience in a people management role.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Must Haves
Experience in managing Data Privacy programs and a comprehensive knowledge of Data Protection laws, particularly GDPR.
Experience in leading teams in IT Compliance, IT Risk Management functions
Hands-on Experience in designing, implementing, and monitoring ISO 27001 & NIST controls.
Experience in implementing GDPR requirements in context to the Organization.
Experience in performing IT Risk Assessment & communicating the outcome to stakeholders
Establish metrics and develop dashboards, using the implemented tools, to measure and evaluate effectiveness of information security.
Experience in developing, updating, and implementing security measures and controls.
Ability to create plans to respond and document information security incidents.
Must have leadership skills and personal strength to work independently without close supervision.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication.
Excellent prioritization and multi-tasking capabilities.
