JOB PURPOSE
To Establish and Implement business requirements of Airlines and ensure on time completion of requirements and business targets. Overall Control and Lead the check-in and baggage systems with high availability.

Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators
IT Business Services:
Provision and account of all IT&C services to Airlines and Ground Handlers, to generate gross revenue from the services extended to them. Act as a SPOC for all IT support services and new services to existing/new stake holders for additional revenue. Ensure timely billing of IT services to all stake holders and submission of invoices to Finance team.
Achieving IT revenue as per target assigned
Check-In and Baggage Systems:
Administration, Configuration, Up gradation and Migration as per the airline requirements. To develop mutually beneficial relationships and manage crisis effectively.
High availability of systems
Team Management:
Continuous meetings with team members on regular basis for better understanding, coordination. Design training needs and growth plans for the team. Engage with the team members to motivate teamwork, understand and address concerns and provide a collaborative environment for them to develop.
Employee Engagement Scores
Stake Holder Management:
Manage the relations with all external and internal stakeholders with soft and courteous approach for fulfilling the requirements and to develop strong inter personal relationships
Nil Escalations and Crisis Management
Others:
Monitor and Coordinate with Airlines IT and Airport Managers for Load Messages (LDM) to arrest Revenue leakage in Aero Sector. Single Point of Contact (SPOC) from IT for forums like AFCM and ARAT, closing the issues raised in the forum by coordinating with internal teams and vendors.

Interact with Managers and IT teams for day to day operations, services, up gradations and load messages
Interact with respective teams for issues related to check-in and baggage systems

Interact with other IT teams for services requests and operations support
Interact with internal departments for new agreements and invoices

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
BTech with MBA or MCA
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
12-15 years of experience in IT Retail or Business Services
